Barcelona, Spain

We hit Barcelona twice, once with the cruise gang and one with the 'ladies'. Barcelona is a vibrant city with Gaudi's whimsical and gothic architecture as its highlight. The city is easy to walk. We adored the Sagrada Familia which will be its own post, as well as the Park Guell and the Moco Museum. We had an incredible dinner at Casa Amelia and despite the rain on both visits we also quite enjoyed being out and about. The 'ladies' tour had a bit more time to explore. For me, while the architecture is lovely, I preferred Madrid, and Granada and Seville, but Barcelona is a must for unique architecture fans.
